Get your hands dirty in code and live the rock star life style when Duane Nickull comes to visit the BostonFUG on May 11th. Duane will show us tricks for building service clients with the latest Flex SDKs (Flash Builder 4).
Infrared5 has come up with a pretty cool SDK that lets software developers enable nearly any user's mobile phone as a Wifi gaming controller. See it in action on the video at http://brassmonkey.infrared5.com. Well known expert and president of IR5, Chris Allen will be presenting the technology including the ActionScript3 implementation at the Boston Flex User Group (BostonFUG) this Tues, April 13th. Bring your laptop as it should be a very entertaining presentation with some hands-on action.
If you are into mobile development and you haven't heard already, sign up for MobileCamp3 being held at MIT on April 3rd. I went to MobileCamp2; it was useful and the price was right.
I finally sat down and fixed this site. Real content is on the way! Going forward, I will post new stuff and, as time permits, load in old posts. Somewhere in all there, I will add enhancements to the site also. For now, just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride! After all the crazy little obstacles, it's a relief to finally have the site working. I feel like that guy in the picture. Well on to the next adventure & the next post! Thanks for checking out my blog!
